AM cardio and burning only fat

I want to start some AM cardio (in a fasted state) during my cutter this time around. I normally do an ECA stack2 weeks on 2 weeks off, and I will this time but I think I need to start throwing in cardio. Are there any supplements I can/should take when doing cardio right upoun rising? I was thinking of drinking a bunch of BCAA's pre-cardio (and during) to spare all the muscle I can. Will this work or will I just be burning the BCAA's for energy instead of the fat that I would be burning.

Also can I take one ephedrine pill before the cardio to help jump start the whole process or will I like pass out because its on an empty stomach?

Hey Thanks ECLEN! I got a question for ya. I've got four more weeks of a cyp cycle. I focused mainly on cutting. Minimal losses in my opinion. question is If I were to throw clen in, when would I during PCT or after?
 
an eca stack is about as good as it gets. teake the eca with bcaa's about an hour before fasted cardio 3-5 days per weak.

3 caps Yohimbine (760mg/cap)
6caps L-Tyrosine (500mg/cap)
1 cap 200mg caffine. Sometimes half that dose.
3 caps DCP

it will do both. you cant burn only fat. you can only put the ratio mor in your favor. bcaa's help so does eca. adding a steroid will help a lot more but you will still burn up some muscle and like everything else it is also person dependant so try one way this time and another next time and compare yourself to yourself to find the best method. ricks suggestion sounds good also. ive never done it to say what works better for me.

I've never tried the ECA+BCAA stack that JOE.D. Reccomends, I've had some wierd heart problems, BUT I know it works. If it can get a big ass dude like joe down to 6%bf then it's got to work.

Thats all a one shot pre-cardio cuncoction. hahaha I know it's alot, but it works really really well.

PS. Thanks Radar and Eclen for the help dudes. What is your guys experience with clen? I've heard from numerous people that it's pretty taxing on the body?...

you forgot to mention the studies on rats where cellular death took place in heart tissue at dosages recommended for bbers.
 
The reason I ask, is after a 14week cycle where my heart rate and BP has raised, and I've had anxiety and panic attacks, I'm not sure if throwing something that's notorious for giving you headaches and affecting your heart in such a somewhat negative way. Anybody got a opinion on this?
 
If you have higher BP and all right now DO NOT take clen, I wouldnt even do ECA until your BP returns to normal, I had the same issue and almost passed out while taking ECA, kept getting anxiety attacks and all, not fun and not worth risking...

I tried clen.Din't like it at all cause of terriable tremor it gave me.
People kept asking me why my hands were shaking so much.

clen is a nasty drug that should be avoided if at all possible. not only that but by itself its not a whole lot more efective than some of the safer options.
 
i have tried Clen a few times; got all the sides and none of the benefits.
 
Clenviscerate seems to be a way to take clen and avoid the central nervous system side effects. At least according to many people who have tried it. They say they did not experience the sides normally associated with clen yet got amazing fat loss results.

Will it do both in the AM after having fasted all night just the same? Or in the morning would it be more beneficial to not ingest anything so your body can get right to burning the fat?
 
well im currently on a cutting cycle and i wake up and run 2 miles every morning about 9 am dont eat anything before but as for the night before i eat just like normal imo i think you burn most of your last meal off at night while your sleeping anyway and i think it helps recovery process. and as for pre cardio supplement i take myo shock from gnc which most will tell you is way to pricey but its handy and basically its just a blood vein amplifier and major caffeine boost lol but this is just my opinion im no expert
