Alternatives for a couple lifts?

I gotta change my lifts now because my muscles are getting use to them. I gotta get some ideas on what to do. Can anyone PLEASE help me out? These are the only ones I need to change.

Bicep Curls: ??
Skullcrusher: ??
Shrugs: ??
Upright Row: ??
Shoulder Press: ??
Dumbbell Press: ??
Squats: ??
Leg Extensions: ??
Leg Curls: ??
 
biceps: cable curl, my favorite bi

triceps: close grip bench or pushdown

shrugs: shrugs :-)

upright rows: military press

squats: deadlifts, my favorite exercise

leg curl: stiff leg dead lifts
 
Biceps: hammer curls, reverse grip curls, preacher seat (90% or 45%)
Triceps: dips, one hand extensions behind the head

Shrugs: machine shrugs, smith machine shrugs, barbell shrugs, dumb bell shrugs

Dumb bell press: arnold press

Squats: leg press, hack squats

For all the ones I didn't list go with what Advaik said.
 
From my point of view

Bicep Curls: dbell curls, hammers, tire flip, log clean
Skullcrusher: dbell tric exts (variations), st french press, cl grip
Shrugs: farmer's walks, rack pulls (high)
Upright Row: High pull up to the chin
Shoulder Press: log press, partial overhead press, palms facing press
Dumbbell Press: done with palms facing, or use bands
Squats: squats, box squats, front squats, high bar squats
Leg Extensions: sled pull, sled drag
Leg Curls: glute ham raises, stiff legs

Of course...I'd have you doing some yoke walks, atlas stone work, tire flipping, and truck pulling...but it's not meant for everyone:)
