3 days low carb, then 3 days low fat... of course either way consume 150+g of protein. Does anybody have any results for this? I've read in a magazine that it is efficient. Right now im trying to cut. Pretty much im eating about 5 tins of fish a day (20g protein, 10g of fat), a handful of peanuts and 2 atkins bars. about 3 litres of water too. hows this sound for cutting?
