wow, can you say overtraining? go to the training board and have them lay out a high weight, low rep, low volume plan for you. then post your diet here.
 
hmm, training BACK, CHEST, SHOULDERS, all in 2 DAYS!! Man I'm feeling sore and tired reading that. As Patbateman said, overtraining is clearly going to cause a problem for you.
 
I don't get overtrained, i know the symptoms of it..I'm a pretty big person,
I sleep well, no muscle aches,no appitete probs etc.

I sleep alot, and i take the B/P protein, eat snacks, etc
