This might not make sense for most people, not all about BB'ing, some psychological crap, etc is involved (besides focus, and motivation)

Well to get quicker to the point,
I'm 5'8 half, inbetween 180-190..
Not LOTS of muscle..

My family is quite diverse,
My mom has depression, i do too, we both take Effexor XR
My dad has forms of Bi-polar, i have bi-polar 1. Or -121342424214LOL
Everyone in my family is normal size c'ept, me and my dad.

My dad's body looks just like mine, He's 55, i'm 18
And.. my bro john who's turning 22 is 5'9 1/4 and 124lbs
Man.. more he eats skinnier he becomes, it's true :laugh2:

My sis is normal size (average)
My bro eric oldest (28) is skinny
My mom is 5'2 and average.

My problem must be family issues,.

I need some dietitional help.
I just need to lost weight while gaining muscle
(wow i haven't heard that one before!)
Please.?.. with Protein on top?

youre already laying out excuses for failure

all the bs aside, post your diet and training regimen...train hard...eat right and prosper

At 18, you can really make big visible changes in a short time with diet and exercise. Add education to it and in 4-5 years, you'll be very successful.

Why not invest a few bucks in a good reference book ... read it cover to cover ... set up some realistic goals .... and get going!

I'd suggest John Hansen's book. Just Google the name and read about him.
