Seems to me the cost difference (at dpsnutrition.com, atleast) is a mere few dollars between any of the major brands. I suggest you try several and go with the one you think tastes best/works best. I used a couple scoops of the Optimum pro complex, and well, I'm giving that away. I like the Sportpharma complex, though, both chocolate, of course. I'll use that one. I tried mixing them, BAD idea. That made the bad optimum taste worse. I'm going to mix Sportpharma with Designer later today.

I agree with Mildot. Taste isn´t that important for me.

I love Optimum´s whey protein. It mixes easily with water
(I can´t use milk as I suffer from light lactose intolerance) and
it doesn´t cause farts. Oh yes, that´s a good point ! Believe me,
other proteins bloat me and make me fart like a gorilla.

isopure sucks...i can drink an optimum shake and in about 10 or 15 minutes i feel swole. i love it...

that's not called feeling "swole"...more like feeling the "bloat" from the high content of SODIUM...---fyi

Bioplex nutrition has the best I've tasted by far. I worked for GNC for a few years and have tried them all.

The main ingredient is always listed first where they list the ingredients. If it says whey protein isolate, then youve got a high quality protein.
Bioplex 100% Whey - 2 gms. carbs, 1 gm sugar, 1 gm fat. per 1 scoop.

If you like isopure try the bioplex pure wpi.
