Ive been taking Isopure for about 3 years now and love it. Ive seen a lot of you on this board talk up Optimum Whey because it is cheaper and tastes great, so last night I decided to go with it, and cant figure out what all this hype is, I hope its just for the cost because the chocolate flavor tastes like ass.

isopure sucks...i can drink an optimum shake and in about 10 or 15 minutes i feel swole. i love it...

I think what we have here are opinions. I can't stand IsoPure (other than the Zero-carb RTD's, those are awesome, sipping one now.). But, I also just tried the Optimum chocolate protein complex whatever it's called, and it's not exactly tasty either. I also got the Sportpharma, and it's pretty good. It's not great, but pretty good. The best MRP on the planet, though, is Labrada Lean Body (chocolate peanubutter, can't get enough).

I love the chocolate whey its cheap and tastes good. For added calories and tase I mix in a scoop of olvatine.

I use the Pro Complex chocolate taste great and I get a great price on it.

i agree with you ryker....i say all those new suppliement are for show and contain the same stuff as optimum....all you need to grow is cheap whey and if you want some cheap egg....get the same flavor and you can combine them for a great shake...or you can combine 1 or both with an ovaltine or slimfast or something to get some carbs with it....
