Ok I keep reading and hearing about sarms and I think I'm almost sold on buying some. Which would you recommend for me. I'm 5'3" 136 lbs bf% about 7 give or take one. Looking to put on a few lean pounds of muscle. Adding size is more important than strength right now to me so with ever is better to add size. This would be my first cycle of anything. All natural up till now. Been lifting about 6 years with last 4 years being extremely dedicated. So are sarms alright for my first try?

21. Got big into power lifting for a while and after hitting 365 on bench I suffered a slight peck injury that has sense made me change my goals from strength to bodybuilding. Also would I need to run n2guard with sarms?

For you, I would recommend a stack of osta and s4... no need for n2guard with sarms...

1-8 ostarine 25 mg day dosed once in the a.m.
1-8 s4 50 mg day... 25 mg in the a.m. and 25 mg six hours later
1-8 hcgenerate
1-8 forma stanzol
1-11 creatine nitrate
1-11 need2slin

mini pct
9-11 unleashed/post cycle combo

Depending on how you eat and train 4-7 lbs is definitely attainable... excellent strength and energy as well...

Hey Dylan - great info in this thread!

I'm pulling together the stack of sarms and other goodies you have laid out for me. Question regarding Albuterol. How does it fit in with the SARMS Stack of S4/Osta/GW 501516? Is there any overlap with those 4 products? ie, What does the albut provide that the 3 sarms chems don't?

If you had to leave out either Albuterol or GW501516 from this stack which would you choose?...let's say you had to leave one out for financial reasons since they are both pricey.

From what I"ve gathered, the GW is for increased engery/stamina and also for cutting properties.....Albuterol is similar to clen, so it is a cutter I'm guessing. I'm trying to cut down from 15% to 10% bf so I can see why these would be beneficial, but wondering if I could save a few bucks and leave out the liquid albut to save some bucks for other gear. I'll have a strict diet/exercise program, so I'm wondering if I leave it out if I'll notice much of a change?

I think I would just like to run osta for 4 weeks. would 25mg a day be good? Would i see results and would I need a mini pct? Was thinking I could take unleashed with it or should I wait till after?
