Ok i am on my 4th week osta 2nd week S4 and Wow todays chest day was amazing i pushed 225 for 5 on incline what makes this so amazing is when the last time I flat benched barbell i maxed at 225 that was 3 monthes ago when all I did was bench hardcore from that point til today I stopped doing chest for a while because my chest was getting so big and imbalanced with the rest of my body so I focused on my back shoulders legs, my weak points I would incline dumbell 70s maybe once every two weeks and did cable flys here and there I don't know if its the sarms or me training my weak links but this was the heaviest I done my max for 5 reps the amazing part is I really didnt train chest from my last max and I was able to do that I even felt tired and sluggish when I walked into the gym... I love sarms lol
