Hey Dylan already got the stack sorted out
just a question about dieting, I function pretty well on low cals, BMR is around 1800 and I burn prob 700 through lifting and cardio. The diet I have set up puts me at 1,700 cals with a 60/25/15 macro split p/c/f, 250 g protein (6'1 180 @13%). Will I not be maximizing results by cutting at a 800 cal deficit? Muscle loss? I wanna cut as much body fat as possible on the 2 month stack but I'm not in a position where I have extra muscle to spare, thanks in advance buddy
