I plan is to eat more along with more gym time . I just thought adding the sarms in would help bulk me up. I do protein & creatine and a pre pump . Just want to up my game . Any suggestions
 
How many calories do you take in daily? Most important time for muscle growth is post workout, are you getting enough carbs and protein at that time?

Just asking because if your diet is off, anabolics won't be much help.
Bodybuilding is probably like 75-80% about diet.
 
Get yourself a calorie tracking app like lose it and log everything you eat during the day. For bulking purposes you should be getting 1.5 grams of protein per lb of body weight and 2gram carbs, 1 gram fat. Adjust as needed
 
Looking for some advice on a SARMS cycle. Recently started reading all the reviews about people experiencing good fat loss and decent muscle gains from SARMS and would like to give a shot. I am 39 years old 6,2 223lbs rights now. I just finished dropping over 20lbs by dieting and training my ass off. I have been working out since high school and have always had a somewhat high bf% but after my recent weight loss im guessing i am around 18-20% and looking for added help as i continue towards my goal of 210 lbs. i currently do HIIT training 6 days a week and try and get back for a night session of cardio at least 3 days a week. Any help with a cycle along with doses and pct would be much appreciated.

I am not new to steroids by any means but I am to sarms. I recently finished a 4 week nolva and clomid pct and was told that I can use Osta 25mg and s4 50mg for a month cycle and that it shouldn't have to much effect of test, what's your take on this? I have start with those dosages and my endurance have become ridiculous.
