Is it safe to take SARMS and antibiotics?

I'm just starting week 3 of my triple stack cycle, and I'm almost certain the doctor is going to prescribe me antibiotics on Monday for a diverticulitis flare up that I'm having.

Should I stop my cycle now or is it safe to still run while on antibiotics?
