You should be increasing your endurance while using gw... If you stay consistent after use, then you will have built your endurance and should continue to see the increase you made... You may not feel as great as you do on gw every time but the endurance should be there... You are increasing VO2max the more cardio you do and when you build that, you keep that as long as you are continuing with it... Consistency is what its all about...
