Yeah, I hate to cut it short, but with no or very minimal access to a gym (maybe a hotel gym here and there) in the middle of a 8-10 week run I was concerned that I wouldn't be doing myself any good.
If I drop the S4 while climbing and keep everything else going would I still get the results? I'll be busting my ass climbing, but other than a 30 pound pack and going uphill, I won't be doing any other training.
