Hey everyone hope all of your Rats are doing well!
Just dropped by for an update on my rodents! these stats are from an 8 week Osta, S4, creatine, and forma stack. I was bulking on 3300 calories a day, I didn't hit that goal every single day but I did the majority of the time along with 1g of protein per lb of be a day.
Starting stats:
Wt:176
Bench: 205x4
Squat 275 for 3x5
Deadlift 295x5
Ending stats:
Wt: 190
Bench: 235 for 3x5
Squat 335 for 3x5
Deadlift 345x5
I am very happy with my results, I had noticeable gains in mass, not too much of an effect on bf. I started with I'd say around 15-18% bf and say there throughout the cycle. I will attribute some weight gain to water weight, but I'm really excited to see the change in LBM after I cut starting in 2weeks. Thanks for all the help Dylan!
