I'm 26. You're right - the only thing I'm running into is joint problems from being celiac - my immune system attacks my joints and thus keeps me from training hard. I've been posting on here asking about compounds to help with joint repair and pretty much have found ipamorelin and tb500 to be the recommended route - although I do keep hearing of Ostarines healing properties.
I tried it for 2 days and I got some sweats/hot flashes so I dropped it - and my buddy took the rest of it with him.
I really liked the results I got when I jumped from nothing to taking preworkouts. Now I can only take preworkouts sometimes because of stimulants and I feel my kidneys when I do. So I was hoping for something a little milder than AAS that will show results.
I stocked up on different prohormones but upon most research it seems I'd be better of saving them to run with Test.
I'm thinking of stopping lifting and doing a few months of yoga and stretching. I was hoping that running Test + Bold at super low dose (125 and 150mg EW respectively) while doing yoga and such would help me keep the muscle I have now and maybe strengthen me up for an all natural bulking run.
