I figured that would be the answer. Should I hold off on the SARM's for a few months, or is that a reasonable way to help with the recomp? I just got back into the gym 2 months ago. Been doing the StrongLifts 5x5 program 3x a week w\cardio 3-4x a week.

You need to train a lot longer before you do anything man
 
Hi everyone just curious about some results from ostarine? How much lean mass did you gain? Body fat ? How long was you're cycle? Sides and so on? Would be great to hear from feedback...

ostarine is a lean mass gainer... you can put on 4-7 lbs. of lean muscle... it also has healing properties... the only side effect that's really associated is slight suppression but running a test booster on cycle will help to prevent this...
 
How long dose it take for the effects to kick in, also run time is 4-6 weeks ?

I may get creamed for this:

I am not ready yet for an AAS cycle - I am only 5'10 175lbs 9% BF been training over a year but started with very high body fat and no muscle.

Are SARMS something I can look into?

I would like to see some of the gains I am use to seeing - they seem to have slowed the past few months.

Also doesn't one of the SARMS change fast twitch into slow twitch muscles - which would be opposite of what we would want?

How old are you? One year of training is hardly enough
