I'm the same, totally agree. If you're a guy who clubs every weekend and likes to hammer his body with alcohol, you shouldn't even think of taking gear.

Totally, I can seriously feel my gains slip away from one night of tying one on...alcohol is the worst thing you can put in your body when training..sucks the gains right out of you.
