Currently it states to take it depending on cardio and non cardio days...please help.

I read in another post were OMEGA stated:

So does that mean...

ON DAYS:
1 Lipostim3 AM
2 Lipoflame(1/2 of dose) 30 mins prior to workout
4 Amplify02(1/2 of dose) prior to workout

OFF DAYS:
1 Lipostim3 AM
2 Lipoflame(1/2) Midday or Lunch

????
