I am 15 and been bodybuilding for a year.do i need any kind of supp now and are supps dangerous for under 25 ???
 
At 15...

You shouldn't have to supplment with much. I mean if you want to enhance performance you could take creatine, it is pretty safe. Also make sure your eating habbits are okay. Protein might be another option in addition to the creatine. Avoid any forms of andro until atleast 18 to 20 years of age. Your body is still changing, you don't want to mess with that stuff yet.

I'd stay away from creatine at least until you're out of HS. It probably won't hurt you, but I doubt it would be of much benefit either. Maybe add some whey protein to your diet, that's about it. You really don't need anything else.

Take this time in your life to learn about good diet and training, those are a million times more important than any supplement. Worry about them later.
 
whey protein with carbs, it is a must after workouts.
a good multi vitamin as well. don't go cheep on this one.
If you have extra cash, add creatine to the mix.
I would say some other stuff but beeing 15, I doubt that you would have the money to buy anything else.
I'm not talking shit or anything, it 's just the way it goes sometimes. besides, you have something you can't buy................youth!

eat big to get big. i wouldnt touch any supplements till at least till outta high school. your will get more for your dollar from real food.
