If you want to get down to 4 % you have to loss about 20 pounds of fat:
202.4 / (1 - 0.04) = ~210 pounds, this should your target weight, taking into account that you lose about 20 pounds of pure fat, no muscle no water.
18 was first show, took 2nd in Teenage Mr. Michigan...34 now and have done about 15 shows. broke my back after I won the Middleweight Mr. Michigan in 2004...training still but I think Iam done with shows...but who knows I might get some motivation
