C curling New member Apr 5, 2002 #3 Diamond, I do that differently. I am on a cutting cycle. I lift first than do cardio right afterwards but I definetely care more about the muscle look than strength.

gymtime New member Apr 5, 2002 #4 Any cardio you do will be catabolic. The trick is to minimize that as much as possible, in other words, keep the catabolic effect to a minimum. 20 minutes post workout, three days a week is fine.
