I starting back after 6 years. I have been working out and dieting hard for 3 months before I began. My weight is 244 with a large frame do to playing football but I'm soft in my stomach and sides. My plan is sus followed by anavar and nolvadex for PCT - post cycle therapy - . My Diet: I'm eating 5 meals a day low complex carbs and high protien. I'm working out 4 times a week and doing carido for 30-35 min a day six day a week. Any feed back or advise would be helpfull
