You're not bothering anyone bro but you can find all these answers by doing a little bit of research, diets can be different for everyone, you have to find out what is realistic and works for you. Personally, I'm not one of those calorie counters that tracks all my grams of protein, but it's fine to get all in depth like that. Go out and buy yourself an Arnie bodybuilding bible, one of my first reading materials when I entered the game years ago, otherwise the net is a great tool for all the answers you seek.
