I can see your point about physically-demanding jobs; however, the original post specifically said "cubicle," thus alleging towards an office-type environment/job, thus not normally including physically demanding work. Thus, there should be equal pay in those circumstances. All too often women are paid less then men all the while doing the EXACT same job, even the physically demanding ones. I know women who can hoist a 100lb ladder with ease doing linework........

I don't know about that.

I've heard that women get less pay because they don't ask and aren't aggresive pursuing the money. Men, on the other hand, I've heard and paid more then they are worth because of the same reasons (they ask and aggressively pursue it).
