this seems to be a major problem these days..
i blame electronics. if you are a person who sleeps with a tv, ipad, ipod, iphone, ishit etc etc in your room then how are you going to expect to sleep through that?
the only thing you need in your bedroom is your bed and a couple house plants that will clean your air.. that is all. and if you have a ceiling fan make sure it is a DC fan that is QUIET
