bump to help you get some advise.

I personally dont ever have my diet dialed in enough to be able to give you the suggestions/advice that you require. I have an obscenely high metabolism, so I dont have to worry too much about dialing in the diet as perfectly as can be in order to really cut down.

I am not one of the BB pros here but know a little something about getting and staying lean. What are your specific goals for fat reduction?

Howmany lbs of fat do you need to lose?

How long do you want to give yourself to lose it.

What are you willing to do to get there?

In my opinion, do not run 4-5 times per week. Run 4 or 5 times. The more disciplined you are with your cardio and your diet the faster you can get there. I never leave room for "lets skip this today because I already did this". If I am to run 5 timesa week. I run 5 times. If I am to cut out carbs after 8:00pm I cut out carbs after 8:00pm. Never around 8:00pm. With the amount of cardio that I think you are willing to do you can drop your fat in no time flat. The protien shake you are drinking near to bedtime (depending on when your bedtime is) will probably hinder your progress.

Thanks immortalis and narshh

narshh....to answer your ?'s

want to get down to 8-9% bf

6-8 weeks?

willing to do whatever it takes

bedtime is usually around 10:30 or 11, so should I cut out that protein drink before bed?

I don't know much about nutrition, I do know about cardio though. I would think that drinking a protein shake when your metabolism is at its low point of the day would hinder your progress. I have been doing research on diets and have just started the CKD diet. There are many people who use it for 5-7% cuts in body fat. Having all of them sugars before bed is definitely no good though.

Continue with the Cardio in the morning and up it to 2 times a day go for a little jog aqt night,Keep the Carbs almost non exsitant and keep protein up, I love chicken too but you may want to switch up a little eating the same thing over and over will just get you tired of it and this can cause slip ups...

Everyone's metabolism is different so that may work for you, but it wouldn't work for me. That's way too many calories for me to cut with. I'd cut at least 1000 off of that personally. You should be using SesaPure/Glucorell or Thermorexin/Levorex to cut with. It'll make the time it takes to reach your goal much shorter.

My wife is using SesaPure/Glucorell/Thermorexin right now and is losing a good amount of consistant weight without too much change to her normal routine.

Adding those supplements would definitely aid you in your cutting goals.

Hey bud,
Calories are too high imo. So are carbs. Cut out the milk, yogurt, and OJ and then re-do your deal on fitday. See what it comes out as and let us know. That's just a starting point. Good luck

Ok, probly nobody will agree with me but for me what worked best was......

-Some kind of thermo throughout the day
-Anadrol, 50mg ED (this was the key)
-cardio at least 5 days a week (preferably ED) at 30-40 min
-Lifting 4-5 times weekly
-ideally less than 2000 calls a day ( i ate 3 meals, 1 was a shake, 1 was a bar, the third was at night, VERY small portion of carbs, if any, the rest was meat/veggies) more like 1500

I lost so much fat so fast, EVERYONE was like DAMN, youve lost a lot of weight in like 2 months, like 20-30lbs. The best part, the anadrol kept my strenght up and limited muscle loss, i kept most of my muscle actually.

If i did this without Drol, i would breakdown in like 2 weeks, joint pain, heart pain, just sickly, but the drol made it very do able.

Anadrol is the best cutting supp ive ever used and ive used many (including DNP, my old faithful bitch).

Give it a try, there is no point in cutting with multiple AAS (if you were thinking of it), drol alone works so well.

The only way i have good success cutting is by really uping the cardio and really cutting the cals and no joke, drol doubled the effectiveness of that.

That looks like a bulking diet, way too many cals for cutting. Are you on any AAS? The beauty of cutting with AAS is you can drop down your cals super low without losing much, if any, muscle. You also don't need that much protein to cut with. Huge amounts of protein are used for putting on muscle (bulking), for maintanence you only need about a gram per lb. of body weight.

If you want to see some real quick results with that, drop down to 2 k cals a day, eat only good carbs (wheat bread, oatmeal) and eat a gram of protein for every lb. you weigh. good luck bro.

Ryan has it, AAS and cutting are made for each other!
Like said above, cut the Oj and yogurt and the muscle milk (dont replace it, just the meal/snack totally). You dont need the milk with all the other protein. You will save several hundered cals just by doing that.

Amen to that. I think I gained 3lbs just reading that daily meal plan.

You also might wanna get on the treadmill. Don't get off until like... June.

I would drop all dairy. My 2 cents.

I agree, but for some guys that's like telling them to give up oxygen. I know guys that are the same way about "Sugar Full" Soda-and they wonder why nothing moves when they flex?

Oh it is moving... it just covered in "Sugar Full" Soda". Hard to see through that stuff. Maybe they should try a clear soda like sprite or 7 up. <g>

Yeah, vanilla milkshakes are less fattening than chocolate milkshakes too.
