Hi everyone, I know I'm new around here, but I need some help on a cutting cycle.
I'm currently on T-3, and that's it. I do roughly 20-30mins of cardio everyday mon-sat. An average diet, I don't pig out on shit, just sensible eating.
Probably need to loose about 1 stone in weight.
What else a can anyone suggest.
