I’m a 45 mother of 3 children. I had them when I was a bit older and I had to go through some difficult pregnancies. My current weight is over 200 lbs and even though I have tried different diets nothing has worked for me.
I think I need to try using PED’s to take things to the next level. Can anyone give me some tips on how I can improve?

I doubt this is actually true

might want to try using some GW

I wouldn't use steroids right now try and get back close to where you were before first

do daily cardio many women get back to their pre-pregnancy weight

The issue is thus:

You DID (I'd put money on it) lose weight (one would hope it was mostly fat) ON the diet. But gained it back after.

There is NO way that reverting back (which is almost certainly what you did) to how you ate before the diet would keep the weight from piling back on.

Think about it. Off you ate (for example) 2500kcals. On you ate (same) 1800. Lost weight. Back off you go back to eating 2500. Guess what will happen...
