It would be easier for me to give you an example:

7 am dose of adipo

7:30 Cardio

8:30 Meal

10:50 dose of adipo

11:30 Low carb Meal

1:30 Low carb Meal

3:00 dose of adipo

3:45 Low carb Meal

4:30 Workout

5:30 PW Meal

6:30 Meal

8:30-9:00 Meal

It doesn't really matter if you have carbs in all your meals, but make sure that the low-carb meals have very little carbs(vegetables, except starchy ones like potatoes, are a good source of carbs at these meals).
 
also be careful.... many are confusing adipokinetix with
lipokinetix... one replaced the other... lipokinetix was much more potent and contained usnic acid.
 
Hey mr. x, i've tried taking 2 tabs adipo with 2 tabs ephedrine 2 times a day and i feel fine. But i mean that's like a 100mg of norephedrine and 100mg of ephedrine, is this gonna kill me if i keep doign this!?? i mean ive done it for a week and it's definitely working in respect to fatloss but am i gonna like drop dead one day? or could this much actually be taken safely?
 
I took the advice of Mr. X about adding the regular ephedrine with my adipo and it really seems to be working. I had some ripped fuel laying around, so what I do is I take one ripped fuel cap (12mg ephedra and 100mg caffine) along with one adipo cap in the morning before cardio...then a few hours later I'll take a second adipo without the ripped fuel. about an hour or 2 before my workout in the evening after work, I'll take my third adipo along with the single ripped fuel cap. I have had really good results doing this in the last week...noticable results that seem to have gotten me out of a little plateau.

i can understand your enthusiasm on trying to build a "powerful" stack,but god damn,this is too much.there's a reason why adipo doesn't contain ephedrine my friend...try the adipo first by itself and see where you stand.then,experiment if you will...adipo is some powerful stuff and i recommend trying it as is first...as for low carbs,i am presently eating 250g carbs and am doing great on the adipo alone.i take 2 caps in the morning b4 workout on an mt stomach,2 caps 30min's prior to lunch and 2 caps prior to my 5th meal at approx 5:00pm...what i've noticed is,definition has improved,skin feels tight and not depleted(probably because i'm ingesting 250g carbs) and sweating like a son of a bitch!good luck...

ps:energy levels are way up there,but without the shakes and the "paranoia" feeling that comes from ephedrine...:fro:
 
Damn .. not to be a dick .. but when has 250g a day of carbs been concidered "low carbs". Its like in Nassar's video when he says he's on a low carb diet a nd proceeds to eat about apound of mango lol.

for some 250g of carbs is low and for some high...b4 my training,i was used to eating about 3x the amount of carbs.so for me,250g is not considered high.i weight 230 lbs...fyi...and no you're not being a dick!:)
 
ok... so is there a too much of the ADIPO...? I take 2 in the morning 5:00ish before my workout lift/cardio. Then at around 10:30ish I take 2 more, and around 4:30 2 more. I also take 1 at 8:30 at night. I know most people would be up all night from that but fr some reason I sleep just fine.... weird!! Anyway...is that too much even if my body can "handle" it, it seems?
