Adipokinetix + T2 + Ephedra For FAT-LOSS

I was curious if this would be a BAD or GOOD idea..

2 Adipokinetix 2x per day
1 Biotest T2 2x per day
15 mg. herbal ephedra 2x per day


Mr.X suggests taking 2 Adipo with 20 mg. ephedra..

I also add ephedrine to my adipo when I take it - I ussually start off using 1 cap of ephedrine (15mg) 1 cap of adipo and 2 cups of coffee.
 
its not a real good idea to mix ephedrine and Yohimbine HCl together. the two don't relate well to each other at all. You may suffer light headedness and extreme nausau. the two will literally make you fall out.
 
Mon...I use a product called Adrenalin put out by Genepharm (or at least they sell it).It contains 20 mg of nor-e,10 mg of eph,100 mg pure caff,and 3.4 of yoh.I take one of these 3 times per day with a 200 mg caff tab and holy crap does it fire me up!It rips the fat off.This year I will add the Biotest t-2.Not too many people know about Adrenalin,but they should,cause it kicks ass!
 
Is my dosage too low? I weigh around 230-235 lbs. and I am starting to think my dosage is too low?

I am thinking of maybe switching to..
2 Adipo 3x per day
1 Biotest T2 4x per day
15 mg. herbal ephedra 3x per day


Since I am probably a lot bigger then the average person taking these supplements.

The bottle of T2 says not to exceed 3 a day though...

And from what I understand 4 Adipo is enough..

I weigh about 240 so I'm in the same boat.If you were to use 2 Adipo and herbal ephedra you would be getting 65 mg of nor-e/eph in one shot,but only 200 mg of caffiene.Remember that the 1:10 ratio works best when you use E/C.I would try 1 Adipo,15 mg ephedra,and a 200 mg caff tab with 1 t-2...3x per day.

I dont know why I just wouldnt do this instead..

Or something along those lines..
 
I think that fat burners are best taken in 3 dosages and I think that 65mg of eph/nor-eph is overkill for a single dose,not to mention that your ratio of eph to caffiene would be far off optimal.With my suggestion you would get 40 mg of eph to 300 mg of caffiene...almost 1:10 ratio.I think you will get better results this way with less sides...but its up to you.

After thinking about it some more and reading some more of your posts I have decided to go along with what you suggested.. it just seems like there are so many members on these board its extremely hard to choose what information is actually valid if you know what I mean. Not to offend anyone at all but there are a lotta newbies ya know?

Well anyway you suggesting the following correct?
1 Adipo 3x per day
1 200 mg. caffeine pill 3x per day
15 mg. herbal ephedra 3x per day
1 Biotest T2 3x per day


For MAXIMUM fat-loss.. correct?

Yes Mon...that plan is for max fat loss. I totally understand what you are saying. There are alot of experienced, knowledgable bros on this board,however, you have to weed them out amongst the newbies and those who really just don't know what they are talking about.I hope my plan works for you and if you need anything else, let me know.
 
Yeah I am really hoping that this new Karma system will help make people realize more of who's advice you should and who's advice you should NOT listen to.

Well Mon...as you know diet and cardio is most important. For quick weight loss i would recommend a real low carb plan. As for other supplements...MM4 by Syntrax would make a good adjunct to the Adipo/Eph/Caff/t-2....I am real good with fat loss, so if i can be of any more assisstance, please feel free to ask me...

Do you know where I could get my hands on some MM4.. first of all what is it? Is it worth the extra money? Would it make THAT much of a difference..? Please answer some questions.. I am going to be following a relatively low carb diet..

I am around 230 lbs. right now and I cant decide how many (g) carbs to take in postworkout with my creatine and glutamine etc. Almost all my other meals are under 10-15g carbs. I was gonna take in 100g postworkout but thats prolly too many while cutting huh?
 
As for the MM4....it would prolly make some difference and it is not too expensive. You do not necessarily NEED it,however, if you want max fat loss it is worth it.It contains several ingredients that are proven fat burners that are not stimulants...so, you won't get any extra sides.

As for the carbs,when looking for quick loss I would not go higher than 1 gram per two pounds of bodyweight. So if you are 230 or so, take in no more than 115 grams per day until you reach your desired bodyfat.Every week,however, give yourself one day for higher carbs, like about 345 grams.This will help to re-stimulate your metabolism.

Yeah I will probably be taking in around 100g of carbs.. I take in a few in the morning first thing, then again a little at lunch maybe 25g and then maybe 50g postworkout.

So probably I am guessing around 100g total. Maybe a tad more but not much more thats for sure.

Also bro how much cardio would you recommend? Right now I am doing 15 treadmill + 15 stationery bike postworkout before my creatine and glutamine and all that.

Hey Mon....how many days per week do you train? Do you do any cardio on your off days? The amount of cardio you do depends on how quickly you want to get the fat off.I do believe in trying to do cardio first thing in the morning as often as possible.

I train maybe 5 days a week I guess.. 30 minutes of cardio postworkout.. try and do cardio on rest days but not always..

Well Mon...if you are taking the supp stack we discussed and eating as low carbs as you say than the cardio you are doing should be efficient. I just want to mention that many people do not do cardio intensley enough.They just kind of take it easy.You will get far better results if you push yourself on cardio.Don't buy into the myth that you should do cardio at an easy pace because that burns a higher % of fat. While that statement is true, you will still burn more overall fat calories by doing intense cardio.So.....incline that treadmill and put that bike on a high level...sweat like a bastard and you will get lean!
 
Yeah I know bro I am always covered in sweat after I do the bike... I do around level 5 which puts a lotta stress on my quads.. for the treadmill I do 15% incline 3.5 MPH.. that gets my heart rate up to around 150 BPM and I am 18 so around 200 is my MHR I think or something like that.. the bike gets me up to 155-160 BPM...

Any other tips?
My Adipo & T2 will be in today or tomorrow..

My only problem is trying to stick to the diet I mean on the weekends I am with my girlfriend and I end up eating EVERYTHING in site!

Mon...believe me bro I understand. Just do the best you can. During the week be ultra strict and on the weekend cheat when you must but make all other meals carb free..just protein.. to make up for the extras as best as possible.
 
Yeah I know what your saying.. I am going to try and keep cheating to a bare minimum.. I really hate it because I feel so damn fat afterwards its unbelievable.

PLEASE critique everything.. I need to REALLY lose some fat in the next 6 weeks like MAXIMUM fat-loss..

CARDIO.
I am going to be doing 30 minutes of cardio immediately after my training on workout days, and maybe 40-45 minutes of cardio on my non-training days. Treadmill or bike, whichever one I always work up a good sweat. Should I be doing AM cardio instead of postworkout? What about rest days? AM & PM cardio? HELP!! I need a strict outline otherwise I get confused.. sorry.

DIET.
I cant decide between a CKD or a high-protein, mod/low-carb, mod-fat diet. With the CKD I would go low-0 carbs sun-fri and then sat carb up on sugars and carbs. With a high-protein, mod/low-carb, mod-fat diet, I would be eating 1g of carbs for every pound of bodyweight, and all my meals would be mostly protein/mod. fat except for my postworkout meal which would be around 50g simple carbs and maybe 30g of whey protein with minimal fat.

TRAINING.
I will be training only 3x per week and I want to know what you think of this.. obviously if I go with a CKD I cannot train on Mon, Wed, Fri due to the depletion workout and all that- but otherwise Ill be training mon, wed, fri - monday is back, traps, bis, and forearms, wed - quads, hams, calves, abs, fri - chest, delts, tris..

SUPPLEMENTS.
Just like we talked around 1 Adipo, 15 ephedra, 200 caffeine, 1 T2, 3x a day. Multi + vit. C, along with creatine + glutamine postworkout and ALA and arginine postworkout also.

Go with my diet....train at least 4 days per week(M,T,TH,FRI)....do cardio first thing on an empty tummy for 30-45 minutes on off days and 30 minutes post workout on training days...supps are good...

Aight bro I am assuming that "your diet" is high-protein, pretty low-carb, and mod-fat am I correct?

In your PM you said somethin about a modified CKD and that was your diet.. we never went over that bro..
