yes it does mean the same thing... its best to start with .5 mg every other day and assess from there...

the better question to you is why are you running this many compounds if you dont know the most basic questions like this... thats the bigger issue

Yes to the first question. You should have done a Test only cycle for your first cycle and you should know how to dial in your AI. If this is your first cycle or you've never done a proper first cycle you should drop everything except Testosterone.
