Action plan in case of allergy

When you get a rash from some supplements, whichseems to be an allergy, what medicines to you take to deal with it?Or you just stop the supplement and let the body deal with theproblem on its own?

Yes, if you get an allergy, the supplement or the compound causing it should be stopped immediately. Then I usually use suprastin - this anti-histaminic seems to help me really fast, and I don't need to take it for long if an allergy breaks out.

some guys take benadryl but for me if something gives me allergies i simply stop taking it

i recently found out when i eat things with soy i get diarhea.. so i simply stopped eating soy!

Few, if any, get allergic reactions to supplements. I'd follow standard advice for allergies.

If you are experiencing an allergic reaction - go to the hospital.

99% of the time you will be fine but if the allergy reaction becomes serious, your air pathways can close from your throat swelling and you can suffocate.

Allergic reactions are very serious. If you are prone to them, make sure to carry an epi pen at all times.
