what are the best workouts plans and strategies to ensure Iam keeping my body balanced from head to toe? I currently am working out anddoing full body workouts and my upper body is growing but not my lower body aswell
I’m over 6 foot tall and lanky
 
if you have lanky muscles it might be hard to grow your legs to your liking. squats, deads, lots of calf work is needed to get you there

I would go full body at least 2 times per week with HIT and you'll get a good balance, body will level out

Time and REAL effort. And I mean real EFFORT.

It's a job of work to train legs. It's washes me out.
