Maintaining that erection is another story. One has to learn control; none of these meds will help you with that. If you have a legitimate need for any of these meds, your doc will gladly write it for you. It is foolish to get busted or scammed over obtaining these meds.

Are their really any long-term sides associated with C or V use if you do not have ed? I have used it many times as a "boost", when really I do not need it.
Its pretty much the same idea as steroids DRjmw. Most people dont "need it". It gives an extra edge. For steroids its increased muscle hypertrophy, for C and V, it is a night of Rockstar pumping! I do see where you are coming from though. Its intended use is to treat people with ED.

I use it for special occasions only. Like this Saturday. With my girlfriend playing softball for our university and spring break this week, I won't have seen her for two weeks. I'll be popping one for Saturday afternoon/evening/night. Get the idea?

I think the doc's gist is that you can get your MD to prescribe it as easily as cough syrup, so why risk getting busted for buying underground cialis. And also why take a drug you really don't need.....with "need" being in the eye of the beholder

As far as i know ... NO dick drugs are covered with any type of insurance .. .they come out of your own pocket. Even with prescription, i would buy it from an UG source to save considerable amounts of money.

Letrozole is real bad for your ability to get an erection. People on a gram of test a week have had problems when adding letro. That is why if you ever do take letro, I highly recommend you have cialis on hand, just in case.

Is it specific to letrozole, this poor erection thing or does it extend (excuse the pun) to other anti-a's such as anastrozole (adex)? Why is it that letro does this?

I don't think it's abuse to use cialis at any age. 2/3 of the male population under 30 in France is on it every weekend. Letro can be brutal on your libido but so can just being overworked or stressed about some hot pie on a first date. Cialis is great because you don't even know you took it until you need it. With the price in bulk under $2 why the hell wouldn't you use it?
