Abscess or Oil Pocket

OK, just started a new cycle of Test C at 1cc twice a week. My first pin was last Monday.
Area was a little sore but no big deal. I pinned again Thursday and developed a lump in my glute that feels like a charlie horse (slightly warm to the touch). As of this morning (a week later) it's become slightly smaller and now has a few small friends that are south of the original.

Is this an abscess or is it just an oil pocket breaking up? Also, I have no flu symptoms.

From past experience and my research warm to the touch is a infection in the area ....

If you think that you've got an infection, don't piss about. If you don't do anything about it, it will most likely spread. You need to go to the doctor.

Wouldn't I have a fever too, though? Just asking.

Not necessarily a fever every time you get an infection.... my brother actually had a huge abscess on his leg from a tren injection and took some anabiotic's for about 5 to 7 days and it went away

Doc said it didn't necessarily look infected but gave me a script for antibiotics just to be sure.

My guess would be yes

Unless u ate something out of the norm

But I would assume if that did happen when you started the gear that's what I would correlated it to unless this kind of issue is happened in the past

Nope never. Dammit. I literally just started. 2 pins in the right glute (where the infection happened), and 1 in the left no issue but that was Monday and I'm on antibiotics now so who knows. Just checked the ISN and it's legit so maybe I just botched the pin somehow.

Day 3 on meds (4 to go) and it's almost gone, thank god. Been trying to think of what happened. I've run test cyp before without issue and the ISN numbes on the gear are legit so no problem there.
Then it occurred to me, I made a rookie mistake. My first pin I was so excited to get back in the game I didn't swab the vial or the injection site! Idiot, I know. That's probably what caused the infection.
Ugh, REALLY stupid of me!
