Abs made in the kitchen?

gotta be true if BrickGirl used to say it, RADAR. :) Women typically love the somewhat sunken midsection look, which is mostly a product of well trained transverse abs. They don't usually want studded ab plates you could scrub clothes on. For most women proper diet and vacuums would get them what they want in midsection appearance.
 
What kind of diet would you recommend? I am 127lb and about 26% bf. would like to be about 115 and at or below 18%. No matter what I do, i can't seem to shed the pooch around my belly button and along the bra strap area of my back? So honestly, I really only do cardio about 3 times a week and circuit lifting 2xs. I generally try to stay at 1200 cals and am on a moderately low carb diet.

What are the best "clean" foods?
Do I really need to work out more?
Can adding a fat/carb blocker help?
What is the craz about combo pilling?

exercising 4 days a week (45min to 1 hr) will raise your body's metabolism helping you burn fat

Fat burners are helpful to help that small percentage of stubborn fat however they are not a substitute for hard work.
