abs fat or skin?!?!?!

ive been skinny my whole life been working out for 3 years eating training sleeping. i have a sixpack but i can pinch and pull on the skin around and on them. I think my bf% is really low because im a skinny guy, well not so much any more :supercool pretty ripped, but is that fat on my stomach or is it skin, and how can i tighten it up. I know mor muscle will tightin it up so im working on it but any other advice what it could be or what i could do? thanks!!!
 
53 view and nothing to help huh? wow and i do my bf% on the hand held machine and it doesnt pick up my bf so im guessing its low could it be water?
 
If you were big at one time and then cut up, you can have loose skin. If you are a little older your skin doesn't tighten as well either. Even when you get down to 6% bodyfat you can still have loose skin so its nothing to really worry about. A lot of times its just Sub-Q water mostly, and dropping sodium, lowering carbs, and getting on a good AI will dry you out and tighten you up

If your skinny why are you worried about dieting? You should be bulking. Abs are worthless if your not jacked.

i am working on bulking but gotta have them abs and oblique for the ladies.. and no diet besides 4000 cals of carbs and protein.

The ladies might appreciate the abs, but they go crazy over the big arms and chest. Most women feel more comfortable with a big strong guy over a skinny guy with abs. They dont want to have to protect their man.

gotta be honest though, personality wins every time
 
A balance between both obviously is ideal, but it all comes down to personal preference. A majority of women that I've encountered are much more attracted to the guy that has a good physique and very lean vs the bloated looking meathead with a distended belly. Who gives a flying fuck if he can bench 400+ if he is a fat ass. I can't stand to be at 10% or over, so I stay in single digits year round.


For me personally, I am not a fan of the word "bulking". I don't ever "bulk". I adjust my diet accordingly to make lean gains while trying to keep the fat off through intermittent fasting.
