about to do another cycle

lads iv done a few courses of deca and sus,deca and test e,and a few dball thrown in over the years ,

i started training 9 years ago and i was 10 stone and 6 foot tall
today im 12.12 training hard and all natural except from creatine glutamine and multivits,some flex an weight gainer,

iv 16 percent body fat as of 2 weeks ago
i find i get better results with test e ,

my last course finnished on may the 6th and i went from 13.5 stone back down to 12,12 stone today ,iv a very fast motabilism so im a hard gainer ,,if i dont train the weight just dissapers,

i train every day except sunday ,
monday chest 45 mins to 1 hour
tues triceps -----------
wen shoulders ---------
thurs back ---------
fri biceps ------------
sat legs and forarms --------

ok my goal is to bulk up and get as big as i can on this one ,,

so thats a bit od history of me hope that helps,
im thinking of doning test e and deca and dball again a 10 week cycle ,i was doing test e 3 times a week with the deca ,,will i do the same again somebody once asked why do test e eod,

also do u think iv been of it long enough to do another one 6th may till now 25th july

welcome to the site allan. what age are you bro ?

before we talk about a cycle i 've got to tell you that your training program needs work.
a day given to biceps and same for triceps is too much and a waste of time.
These can be trained together or with a bigger body part on the same day....more info down in the weight training forum on that.

You lost all your gains from previous cycles because your PCT was not upto scratch ( if you even did pct that is ? ) or your dedication to your diet let you down .

deca for your first cycle was a bad idea...did you run an AI ? .....did you use hcg to help recover ? are you familiar with what sides are possible and how to counteract them ?

Bro - my honest opinion is this. get your diet and training in check. Train hard and eat and you WILL grow !
juice is not a short cut and as you have already found out , when you are not ready for it you will loose your gains just as quick as you got them.
 
you need to get a diet and training regimine that will allow you to make gains naturally and keep them. then keep that regimine for a few months and then start thinking about cycling.

I also think you need more time off before you get back on and that will give you time to dial in your diet and training

im 30 years young ha,also many years ago i think i just did sus as my first course ,,then moved on to deca and sus and then my next one was deca and test e and so on ,,my training ok ill start doing tri and bis together to free up some more recovery time ,
pct yea i messed up this one normaly i have hcg nolvedex there but theguy was away on holidays so it was messed up ,,food this is tricky because i eat all day long ,,,dinners consisit of cabage patotos,ham,turkey,:::stew with steak and mince:::shepards pie:::cabage=patatos and ribs:::chicken and home frys::::burgers and home frys:::::fillet steaks and home frys:::::

brekfast consits, hard boiled eggs,,,or white toast,,,,some cereal.....

lunch fillet steak or chicken fillet,or mini pizzas

snack chicken curry and frys or some rubbish food as i nned the fats

some apples and bannans thrown in some days ,,
then im also my weight gainer shakes

look if whatever you are eating is not making you grow you can not keep eating the same thing... EAT MORE. or take in more cals. oils, nuts, breads .. whatever find a good way to get extra calories in so YOU can grow.

either add 500-100 extra cals a day or track EVERYTHING you eat for a week and post it up. I bet you are way short on calories.. but no matter what I can tell you that YOU are not eating enogh for YOU.

Track it.. increase it.. log your weight.

there is a lot of cals in the shakes im taking but what other food would u suggest to help me grow ,,also im picking up my course of deca and test e and dball on fri ,ill be doing it the same as last time
monday wends and fri 2 mil of deca and 1 mil of test e
and d ball starting at 2 a day working my way up till 6 a day and then back down to 2 a day till gone ,

np. first you can try snacking on almonds or stuff like that.

2nd you can try whole wehat bread and olive oild + spices
3rd MILK read up some results people get from drinking 1 gallon a day
4th eat a bit more at each meal

5th dont rely on cals from gainers.. you need complex carbs and fat not simple sugars..

drop the fries and the pizza replace them with clean quality foods... peanuts and almond make a good snacks they are high in good fats and in calories....brown rice instead of fries..
 
hhmmm peanuts ill try them.i have to be honest i hate rice dont know why ill give it another shot at trying it thanks kc ,
also the guy im getting the deca and enante from suggests i stay at doing it eod ,what yous think ?
also im of it about 3 months and was only on for 10 weeeks have i giving it enough time off
 
eod shots you mean ?? nope . for test E ??? no way , unless he was referring to test prop an npp which you need to shoot it eod....
when u ready pin twice a week for example monday /thursday..
 
Bro you are waisting juice if you are shooting a long ester eod. You only need to shoot test e two times a week as stated above.

also is ten weeks long enough doing it that way

Take the advice already given.

You are not ready to use AAS, you have no idea what you are doing.

sorry if i seem harsh but the truth is that your diet is a joke , you dont know how to train properly and dont have a clue about dosing or how often to pin....not to mention total lack of knowledge on everything else associated with using AAS.

Go back to basics and take it from there.

now why would u say i dont train properly,i train very hard every muscle group i do,increasing the weights and iv took onboard what was said about traing bi and tri together ,thats what we all need a little help in the right direction . im happy with the progress iv made ,
also about the aas i know enough to know whats what and i know when to pin and where to pin and all that but it was a simple question do people think i should do it 3 times or 2 times a week,,ok it has been ans that people say 2 times a week ,,cool .also taken on board
and yes i agree my diet is not up to scratch and again i asked for help on that subject and iv been given some ans ,if u can help on the subject then great but i dont like somebody trying to put me down when im asking for help ,

and your Training routine Sucks also, I'll be happy to design you one that will kick ass and put some serious muscle on you instead of wasting your time, I mean thats what you go to the gym for isn't it?
 
your a lucky man... Listen to RADAR if he is willing to help out.. can you post the routine in this thread? I understand if you dont but it might help a lot of other people out if you do.

Im not trying to put you down brother, i am giving you some straight talking because i can see you are determined to cycle regardless of the advice that comes your way.
You acknowledge your diet needs work and thats fair enough but sometimes it can be pretty obvious when somebody needs to just work on diet and training for a while and leave to juice to one side.
That somebody is YOU , and im just looking out for you man...thats my job here.
 
Well, all the guys so far have steered you in the perfect direction, so I'm only going to chime in with a +1, if for no other reason than to have one more person telling you to change ALOT with your current diet, training routine, and the way you think/take AAS

While it sounds like you're absorbing what we're all telling you, it seems you're more concerned with answers on how to run your cycle, when that's the least of your worries! The simple answer to that question: yes, 10 weeks is plenty; yes, pin only twice a week with enanthate and deca, 1ml each twice a week; if you adjust your diet and workout routine, YES, you WILL STILL GROW, guaranteed... doing more AAS, or more frequently than the "last 2 times you did it", which you seem fond of not letting go, is not gonna make you bigger...

If you cut out alot of that processed, fried, and starchy food, and those awful weight gainer shakes, and replace with things like oatmeal, BAKED sweet potatoes, brown rice, whole wheat pastas & bread... and eat more GRILLED meats like chicken, turkey, even lean red meat... YOU WILL GROW... I think Tom said it... figure out your caloric intake presently, have someone help you calculate what YOUR BODY needs to grow, and then start eating accordingly.

Definitely combine your arm routine and take the extra day off... 2 days off is better... your body grows when you rest.

One last thing.... if you finished your last cycle at end of May, that means you're only given yourself 2 months to recover...definitely not enough time off.. I've always like the rule of time off = time on + PCT... so if your cycle was 10 weeks, and PCT is typically 4-6 weeks, then you'd have a time off of about 4 months... let your body recover fully, otherwise your next cycle will be largely wasted... you want your body primed and fresh for the next cycle.

Now nj its been the start of may I finnished the last one so 3 months in a few days. If u think it's still to short off I'll just put the stuff in the press till u say how long more I should wait.

Now my diet I have to been honest I can't eat rice and the healthy food I just wasn't brought up eating all that good stuff. I know I should but I will try eat some rice and all. But i love steak and grilled chicken fillets and ham and turkey and lamb and I eat steak nearly every day and about 2 chicken fillets grilled. I have cabbage on most evenings wit dinner and love my patatos.

I'm only taken the weight gainer because its an extra to help I don't rely on them. I'm on multi vita. Glutamine. Creatine. And milk thistle and animal flex

Your "time off" really isn't up to us... the rule I mentioned isn't steadfast, but it's worked well for me and others... you have to go by how you feel and what your body is telling you, and if you can, the ultimate way is to get bloodwork.... experience over time will dictate how much time off you need.

As for your diet... if you can't eat rice, don't eat it... there are other complex carbs out there. Again, skip the weight gainers... they are mostly fat / sugar / filler... just eat an extra steak! You can't use the excuse: "I can't eat that way cuz I'm not used to it, or cuz I don't wanna!"
