O.K I just had a baby 6 weeks ago and I am not Happy with my body! I also have a 2 1/2 year old and after I had him I was able to go to the gym but this time around I don't have the time to go to the gym between the 2 kids, so I guess I am looking for an easy way to get back into shape. I do light pilates workouts but even that I cant finish because of my kids! So I purchased a bottle of Thermo Lean and I am hoping that this will help me out a little. Some ppl can be a little mean on here and all i am looking for is a little help

You need to diet.
Count your calories, macronutrient ratios, and eat clean foods. Thermos wont help you much....you need to eat right and burn more calories that you are eating.

You sound like you are counting on these pills to reach your goal and I assure you that will not do it, if all it took was a pill to get lean this forum wouldnt exist.
 
wake up 20min earlier in the morning and do 20min high intensity jog or run in your neighborhood, theres no excuse for that one. That will be a good start.
 
Thanks for the advice, I try to do as much as I can and I know there is alot more to loosing weight than taking pills, I'm just a little frustrated with myslef and my body

Just keep active and vurn those calories, walk more, use stairs not elevators, park your car far as away as you can from wherever you wanna go (if u have to take ur car in the first place :) )
