Anyone got or know if the ABDOER is a scam?
I have lordosis and im trying to reduce the curvation.
So what i need to do is strengthen my lower back and abs and i heard that the abdoer is meant to be good for doing that.
Any comments??

Is this one of those wonderful items you see advertised at 3:00am on an infomercial?

If so, it's a scam.

You don't needfancy bullshit contraptionsto work abs. Don't be fooled by that stuff. Stick to the basics and work hard...you'll achieve what you want.

Although I'm not sure, what exactly is lorosis?

It is, and yes it is a very blatant scam.

The promoter, a guy who calls himself John Abdo (!) makes claims that basically say spot reduction is possible.

hardgainer (not sure whether to laugh or be pissed off at scams anymore)

the only benefit that the thing could possibly have is on a cardio level. There is no real resistance in it at all so the only thing would be that your burning calories. If you have problems with running or biking and like to watch a lot of tv. Buy one so you can move around while you do so. Otherwise just stick to leg lifts and the treadmill

Isn't the abdoer the totally ridiculous looking machine, promoted by this guy who claims that you must train your abs aerobically in order to burn fat of the stomach, and that a treadmill just burns fat of your legs?

Personally I think they deserve to do some time for that shit! I mean almost everything that is said in that commercial are plain lies.

i wouldnt trust anything that is now sold by 'Clints Crazy Bargains' the only claim to fame is that its 'as seen on tv' wears a little thin.
