In prep of my cycle, just want to make sure I'm on point, to a tee. Many of you know, I'm very lean, too lean, prob. about 6'2, 180- and 7-8%. My initial cycle with either be test at 500mg for 5 10 weeks with a front load of either dbol or prop for the first 4. Which do you suggest? Is a 5 week test cycle, just to get my feet wet again a waste, with prop and/or dbol?
Also, as far as a mass diet....this will def. be the hardest part of my cycle since I've been so fing strict for YEARS! Should I double my portions of everything and eat a little dirty a few times a week?
I got cases upon cases of protein bars........they were free, EAS carb sense. SHould I add them into my meals somehow?
FINALLYYYYYY..........my postworkout meal falls minutes before I crash. I know how important it is to get a good meal in just before bed, but is this hampering my gains, eating so late and crashing during or right after?
