A Sky High Butt

Just curious ladies. So just what kind of ass should go on the body pictured above? Kinda of hard not to develop the legs without the working the ass. Besides, that is how an a well muscled ass will look. Can't change human anatomy.

Must be the male to female communication thing. My point is that a muscular ass is not a huge one. I'm rushing some of my posts because of time issues, so maybe I'm not communicating things properly. Huge asses and county fairs usually go hand in hand, esp in the midwest.

Bottom line, get rid of the fat and be glad there is muscle remaining.

Yes, she does have large medius, but its probably genetic. Still take the large medius over the county fair hippo asses.

Does it look like this yet? If not, it ain't close to huge, at least not from lifting. Keep working on the bodyfat. Get down to 15% and your ass and legs will shrink considerably. Be happy you're getting a good response to the exercise program.

Is she flexing her glutes, or is this what they look like relaxed? On "good" glutes, if you stand relaxed, should they have slight indentations on the sides? I know if you flex them, there will be those indentations like she has, but is it good to have some indentaion when relaxed?

I'd venture 99% of the world's population has never seen a truly developed ass like this. I'm not aiming for her level of development, but I'd take this over a hippo butt anyday!

Question....

How do i NOT get my butt looking like the one above...

i respect the work that goes into that, but i'd rather have a rounder, fuller bootay, (not a fat one)

as i'm starting to lean out a bit, i see my butt starting to *SLIGHTLY* resemble that shape (no way near that) but i'd really like to get some more 'outer butt' muscle :D

(hehe, okay i'm showing my ignorance in anatomy here, i should go look up and see what muscles i am refering to exactly, maximus probably, but i'm too lazy right now)...

what exercises should i be doing? any thoughts (don't tell me to squat unless you have a suggestion of foot position/stance that would help me... :) i do wide and regular stance along with narrow stance front squats.... )

is it really all in the genetics?

i'm trying to make the changes gradually... so far so good, had a bit of a binge on the weekend, went to brunch twice :( but other than that i've been cleaning up things quite well... slowly cutting back a bit...

one thing i notice, i'm sore as hell after my workouts... diet really does make the difference in that area.. my lifts aren't up to my maxs (which i expected while cutting), so i've been trying to keep the intensity up and really push out the reps til i feel like i'm going to puke and damn im in pain!!!!

i'm going to give myself a little more recovery time this week rather than cardio... was supposed to do cardio this morning, but the legs are sore from monday's squat-fest, so i'm relaxing a bit...

(a little too much, phem's gotta get to work... at least there's only 2 more days til utensil day! )

utensil day rocks... especially here when there's about 200 people and 4 freakin forks in the kitchen... god forbid if you bring you're own in and forget it, i swear someone is supplying an army with the amount of real forks i've lost in this place over the years... now, i take all the plastic i can get :)

hehe
