I heard good things and bad things about this, and ive googled results praising it and cursing it... Didnt see any threads in the forum and was wondering if anybody had any feedback on the subject.
 
Thanks guys. I searched for links Legacy and couldnt find any... Sorry about you getting ripped lol, im learning about these forums myself being a newbie and all, and i realized my post on the best protein supplement wouldnt be touched with a ten foot poll! Glad i didnt get ripped for it.. =) Main reason i asked about ACV though was because i was thinking of adding that to my diet for weight loss... Pros, where cleansing the digestive system, ading acid to the body, rasing insulin i think, and some other things. Cons where it tastes like shit, could f' with your stomach, and might give to much acid, resulting in a net acid load in your kidneys...
 
Help with heart burn for sure. Just be prepared to feel some intense pain for about 10 seconds. After that, you're golden.
 
my moms swear by it. She had two 8 ounce glasses a day and said when she was doing it like she was suppose to that she lost a lot of weight. She mix that a little bit of honey to help cut the taste with water. Try it for like 2 weeks to a month or so and see if that works for you.

I can't see how adding acid to your body could be good. Especially since bodybuilders are constantly upsetting their Ph towards acidic anyway. If anything I would think becoming more basic would help.
