Thanks guys. I've really struggled over the last few days, with, do I keep dieting till I reach my pre-set target / goal of 5% bf, or do I take my winnings now...those being I'm leaner now than I ever have been in my entire life & start up on the Anabolic Diet next week. At this stage, I"d love to see out the next few weeks & go the whole distance & keep the promise I made with myself. That being said, I am worried about losing muscle & appearing skinny. Heck, I want to look lean, not skinny!
