Here's a picture of myself that was taken a week ago. I'd like to drop my bf % down a few points.
 
no offence intended here but why are you trying to lose fat. put some muscle on yourself man.
 
More muscle at your current body fat will make you look so much better.

Put on some mass bro. Your body fat is plenty low. I can see definition on your back. That's low enough.

Once you get the mass, then go for a cut and lean up as much as you want. If you try to lean up now you'll lose muscle and end up just looking skinny.
 
Thanks guys. I've really struggled over the last few days, with, do I keep dieting till I reach my pre-set target / goal of 5% bf, or do I take my winnings now...those being I'm leaner now than I ever have been in my entire life & start up on the Anabolic Diet next week. At this stage, I"d love to see out the next few weeks & go the whole distance & keep the promise I made with myself. That being said, I am worried about losing muscle & appearing skinny. Heck, I want to look lean, not skinny!
 
Tassie you need to start looking at increasing LBM and not dieting down any further to reduce BF. Your BF is more than low enough where if you now increase your calories and keep them clean and train smartly you will make massive improvemenst to your overall physique.
