A little confused with some steroids names..

Well, i've been asking some questions about cutting and well I have gotten some names as the following, but aren't those like the short-names for the actual comlete name?

Can someone please "TEST" stands for? or whats the complete name?, ECA? cyp , enan?
Prop/fina/LQD/bromo/ ?

and whats their purpose?

I kinda need the complete names to find info on them.
