Do u notice it more in the evening? Sometimes when you eat a lot of fiber or veggies you will get bloated. especially if you dont eat them a lot and your not use to it. Its more likley from the veggies or fiber or you may be retaining water, if so start drinking at least a gallon of water a day. the more water you drink the less you will retain.
