I have lost some body fat ~ 3% yet my lower abdomen is poochie. Not to sure what it is...from the front I look good, but from the side i look like I have a fupus...okay it's not that big, but it's noticeable. I know nobody's stomach is ever flat, but do any of you get like that? I am about 19% right now. Maybe too many carbs?...or too much salt?...or not enought of something.
