SO last night was murddddddddddddder .. ok not really but it was not pleasant. I passed out shortly after watching Dancing with the stars... which I LOVE and watched with a smile the entire time last night...

I woke up at 2 with a splitting headache & laid in bed in pain until 330 ish... no way I could get up an hour later to hit the gym by 5 to squeeze in legs before YPT...

LUCKILY my instructor only had time for 30 minutes so I said, lets do a bunch of yoga stuff today! OUCH! lol but it was good :) I need to stretch more, DAILY not just every wed. morning lol :D :verygood:

I must have looked like h3ll b/c she said "wow are you ok?!" lol I just need a day OFF... from work, going to try & fit that in this Friday... bosses should LOVE that idea :rolleyes: ... Since Im not doing my show I have one day off left to take before the end of the year. WE are not allowed to take any days off in Dec (office rule) so I figure the 2 days we have off in Nov for Turkey Day will be coo, I'll be so busy anyway I won't really notice I am HOPING....

SO yesterday, after bad sleep again - NO TRAINING
Today - 30 min YPT
I need to get my ass in gear with this split already. :velvett:

Hey everyone! Hope you are having a great weekend. I went to see SAW III yesterday after my workout. Please stop reading now if you don't wanna hear a brief commentary. IMO it was more gory than the previous ones, however not the same type of torture scenes. Usually in horror films they have a sequel that explains things, and this was that. Not bad but the 1st two were better IMO.

ANyway I stopped by Vitamin Shoppe to get some vits & mins ... I don't know WHAT the heck in wrong with me but I feel like $41T... I cannot figure out if it was the chinese last night or maybe an allergic reaction to fish oil caps. What I do know is that I never had a reaction to the food, I've been waking up in the middle of the night unable to sleep with headaches for a few days, but last night I think I crashed for a few hours (i.e from like 9-12) and I have been up ever since... I try to get motivated to get up & do something so I stand up and get an immediate headache & feel sick. Down the hatch goes some more excedrine migraine which helped early this a.m. for about 2-3 hours. lol SO this is NO FUN! :evil: I am not showing the signs of an allergic reaction as far as vomitting and the fun things that go along with it. It's about 12-13 hours later so if it was something harsh I feel it would have started to take, the other symptoms still there, just nothing bad, i.e. Im still breathing. (side bar - happened to my mom after ingesting lobster, [shellfish] and I know my aunt is allergic to fish) ... We'll see how I feel. The cramping kinda went away...Not complaining just documenting this for my records.

During the week at work I'll be lucky if I get 2 meals in, then a larger one when I get home... I'm sure cals are adequate but still, having a rough time eating again. Bought some Myoplex RTD's b/c those take the least effort and are one of the only other shakes I can get down.

Hope everyone else is doing well. We MAY go out to dinner for my mom's bday sometime this weekend... I don't feel like leaving the batcave...:worried:

I hope you are feeling better. If you think you are having a allergic reaction, try some Benedryl. Sometimes, chemo changes things you are allergic to. I had ferrets before my treatment. I went into a pet store when I finished chemo treatments and held a ferret. 15 min. later, my eyes were swollen, my throat was closing and I was wheezing. I immediately took Benedryl, it stopped the reaction. Weird, huh? It will also knock you out. Benedryl=bedtime for me.

Hope you feel better soon, and get to have a nice dinner w/your Mom!

Thanks for the well wishes! Yes chemo changed my hair color, texture & made it annie curly. lol I do think it altered my DNA in some messed up way lol... I feel much better but still can't sleep through the night. last year it was like this too ( I remember b/c of Halloween time and 3 am is suppose to be a pretty ghoulish hour so I'd always wake up & look at the clock at say like 230 ) Anyway my pops was sick so we didn't go out last night. I finally crashed for a few hours & woke up again through out the night, the again around 7 or 8 ... decided to go to the gym.

That's too bad about the ferrets. I've never had that reaction to anything (knock on wood). Enjoy the rest of your weekend :rose:

Thank you!! I was getting a feel for working only OLY bb's & employed the rep schemes I've been using to have a little fun & try something new.

Moms & Pups coming over to hang since she blew me off last night! I prolly passed out last night anyway, & good I didn't hang out at the sick house.. If I had the 24-48 hour bug no sense in making it worse!

I'm getting lazy with logging foods but I suppose it only makes a difference for me when I'm cutting, doing a carb rotation or for maintenance. I have no set food intake since it's hard to eat every 2-3 hours, esp. with the Invisalign having to brush & floss after EVERY meal ... I can feel gums hating me after awhile, so I'm decided to force feed with some MRP Shakes to bumper the cals... also since I have no urge to eat during the day at work. The Myoplex deluxe have 310 cals so thats more than enough, or I can start drinking the Musclemilk RTD since I know those are high in cals.

The most important thing right now is the workouts so I NEED to keep up with those to make sure I'm progressing until I decide to cut. I MAY begin a carb rotation within the next few weeks trying to line my carb UPs on the holidays since I will be eating & drinking a bunch of yummy food. We shall see...

Chemo did this to my ex as well. She went from really straight hair to curly with a completely different color.

I am sorry to hear you fell ill. I hope you are able to enjoy a full nights rest soon. Perhaps put on an old favorite movie of yours, something you've seen a million times that won't keep you glued to the seat. Make some sleepy time tea to go with it and maybe take a melatonin. If this doesn't work you could always wake up all your neighbors yelling "Fire!" as you run through the streets in your sleep clothes. This won't help you sleep and it is a bit evil (well a lot) but it should keep you amused for a while. :evil:

Funniest thing, I woke up early sat morning and TV was on... you know those skin-a-max type movies but on HBO or something... well, when I use to bartend I knew a couple and the female was getting into that industry.. and whaddya know, I saw her on the TV lol I've seen her in other random flicks too, but I had to watch the entire B rated semi porn til the end, wow those flicks are pretty bad lol... anyway thought it was funny! and she def got some newer additions. :D

I try not to take ANYthing habit forming unless absolutely necessary. I'll just leave it at that. :)

It wasn't even really soft core and they cut away RIGHT before anything would happen (i.e. girl scenes, but happily show the nekkidness of course :rolleyes: ) hilarious... and even MORE hilarious was the postioning of the men during a 'love scene' with the female LMFAO ... the guy would be humping the chicks calves ... :FRlol:

rocco... I think I took two in the morning to wake me up, but I didn't even train. I took everyone out to dinner last night for my moms birthday. I didnt even finish my food, but I did finish my 'rita :evil:

Today was 60 minutes of pure yoga & stretching AFTER my day 3 of Legs (i.e Day 1 Back Squat, Day 2 Front Squat, Day 3 Back Squat) and OMFG did I need it. I MADE IT THRU MY FIRST WEEK OF 3 legs days!!! I LIKE IT but man is it tough! I think Im going to keep my schedule this way for awhile... I MAY need to split up 60 min session to have 30 min pilates 30 min yoga ... Need to figure out a plan b/c I have some things I am going to take on in the future... some type of structure needed...

*Side bar* My 3rd set of clothes are starting to get tight so that means it's time to 'cut' back down to my maintenance clothes ... YES during the Holidays. I was thinking about doing a little project again, probably for the next 9-10 weeks. I will do my best to post daily food & training but it will be hard as this is the busiest time of the year for us, really through January. At that time I will be then going back to school to add to the chaos, but it needs to be done.

* Tomorrow AM I get my RMR & 7 pinch BF % test Caliper'd
* Not sure yet how I will be doing updates, but I am thinking BF every week or two, and I will post pics in groups of 3 (i.e week 1,2,3 will be posted for comparisions, week 4,5,6 then 7,8,9, then that should about do it.)
* I am NOT sure what I am going to do with diet. I have never done a 'true' carb rotation for a cut so I THINK I may just try it out, making sure my carb UP days fall on holidays & special event and/or cheat days.

It's pretty sad that after 10 minutes I wanted to stop, I did after SIX!!! ... I fought for the extra 4 minutes and ramped down to Level 8!! kinda depressing but it's just another mental game, and part physical since my cardiovascular endurance is not where it use to be. I need to fix that.

Yes towels, No I do not usually change clothes until I get home. I'd like to think the smell would keep people away but it never works, so I have on my BF and Ipod cranked (yes that is bitch face also used as bitch fit from White Chicks :))

LOL My gym supplies towels, both of them do. :) lucky them. Gym 1 has people that clean the equipment Gym 2 asks you do it yourself :) I WAS dripping all over Step Mill though lol I wiped it down with the cleaner :D
