I got a mineral wrap, THEN a 2 hour deep tissue which ran over THEN a salt glo (exfoliation) THEN pedi & got my tips put back on THEN got my brow threaded since there should be two lol THEN I finally ate after 4 lol :FRlol:

Chicken Broc Rice with Soy & a lone Sweet Tater lol :)

My therapist is hilarious. She confirmed the Glutes have risen theory & commented on my shoulders. That girl is still amazed at the way a person can morph the body, I'm glad I can help open her eyes to that. :lmao:

There was no power at the office all day yesterday. No phones either... fun fun fun. So I left, did some misc stuff & watched GSN the rest of the day. GSN = Game Show Network lol. I use to LOVE Card Sharks!!! Back then, I wasn't aware of a drinking game being made in it's honor though.

I'm taking a few days to escape ... Have a great weekend everyone, be back next week sometime. :rose:

I got my wife new boobies about 5 years ago. Payed a tad more than average and used a tremendous doc - they are really nice, and she has had 2 kids since the boob job.

One thing is they will deff. get smaller - so go big or go home!!!!!!!!!!!!

I agree as they can certainly be too big. They have gotten smaller. Not a bunch, but enough that she says she will have them done again in the future. She was a A cup before she had any kids and after 2 kids was not happy w/ them. She loves them for way more reasons than I :p

When I hit 5-6 I will bump the weight. :D

Been feeling crappy again so took a few days off (5), this morning was YPT ... I am still amazed at my imbalances & workout I get from slight variations, NO weight, working from inside out ... Kicks my ass too! :evil:

I think they were a BIG C for about a year and now they are a small c. She took a victoria secret catalogue w/ her to surgery, pointed to Heidi Klum and said I want them to look like that. They were under the muscle and her recovery was very easy. Her coment on recovery is if you have given birth the pain is not that bad. She is deff on the tougher side. SHe was driving the next day and doing pilates in a week if I remember correctly.

So did you get them???

Nice job on the squats. so that is 135x3 then? Nice!

lol... well that's your front squat... and your Front:Back Squating is 1:1 ... i think... or minus a few reps... I think you have plenty more weight you can load on your back and bust out with, you just gotta slow decent that big weight and drive that biatch up like you mean it :chomp: :D

Arms like ropes... no muscling the weight around :velvett: leg to hip to shrug to dip and you've got it :)

Thank you for the props & well wishes. Could be the weather, stress, diet, flo, you know the deal …

My training SHOULD basically be this or some variation of it:

Day 1 - Chest, Ant. Delts (Med. Optional)
Day 2 - Calves, Leg Day 1 (Front Squat, Quads/Glute Focus)
Day 3 - OFF (This is my Yoga/Pilates Training in the a.m.)
Day 4 - Back, Traps, Post Delts (Med. Optional)
Day 5 - Calves, Abs, Leg Day 2 (Back Squat, Ham Focus)
Day 6 - Bis, Tris
Day 7 - OFF (Calves & Abs, option)


There is minor overlap of Leg Days.

What I know: Splitting the two (leg days) as well as working more than 1 bp a day in the past really built some great legs/glutes & upper body (*side bar for everyone* not to exclude the sprinting, plyo & stair work of course; if your joints can take it I swear by all three.)

Cardio – Undecided at this time (if i want to do 45-60 min while I read then so be it, usually on OFF days, try to keep 10-20 PWO for cooldown but doesn't always happen)

I am randomly doing Clean Pulls, Squat Cleans, Push Press etc & may incorp those in for fun but (at this time) will not base a routine around those.

I really need to work on my neuromuscular efficiency. *makes note*

What I am not doing at this time:
* Eating for maintenence
* Consistent Cardio
* Calves
* Abs (aside from core work hit in YPT)

Nope. No time or it's wet/rainy/dewy & I don't wanna bail & hurt something. Stinks, maybe hit the stairs this weekend & kick my ass for sure. Be pretty to hit the trails in the forest preserve with the leaves changing. I started walking to gym instead (not anymore though, weather, blah) & my previous split allowed for 3 days of am cardio (4 days on 3 off, this one doesn't... :( unless i do PM weights which I can't stand anymore these days.)

just out of curiousity why do you hate pm weight sessions? i wish i could get up like you and kill it first thing....i just don't have the energy in the monring. i'm close to buying either some cb or trex to help with that so i can do it in the am

shrug and then i do a pelvis hip thrusting motion, eh, you'll get the hang of it :) just don't hump the bar too hard and hurt your delicate self ;)

I just don't have the energy in the evening. :) I also train in AM on EMPTY as well ... lol :) I stopped having a DWOS a while back & still having very good progress ... my body is so weird. :whatever:

shrug and then i do a pelvis hip thrusting motion, eh, you'll get the hang of it :) just don't hump the bar too hard and hurt your delicate self ;)

i'm sure you had another in the tank to hit 135x4 on front is what i'm sayin' :) you can do it.

Do you have an adjustable safty bar rack you can squat in... so you can dump the bar if you have to? I'd do that if i had an option... that way you can bail if you want.

I dont wanna dump the bar though... yes I do but to me they aren't that sturdy.
 
PR Squatting and Dumping the Bar go hand in hand IMO. I know you aren't preparing for a powerlifting meet, but I would suggest "setting" the bar on the safteys at least once to get the feel of it. There is no shame to dumping and I think to really push 3-5 rep max's on squatting they are a neccesity.

I set the saftey pins about 1/2" below my bottom, so when I dump it is barely noticable noise wise. I have dumped in the past w/ several inches to spare and it does make quite a noise.

I lift at home & don't have safety bars. I think I would prolly try for more, if I did. Maybe I should look into buying a decent rack.
That kid was amazing! How much was he lifting?

Blut Wump got one a while back that he has rave reviews on - do a search and it should come up.

I agree - if you aren't worried about dropping weight or getting hurt you can push/pull/press more weight - simple as that.
